I had a pretty good stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Providencia with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were functional and comfortable, though a bit old-fashioned and cramped with an extra bed. The service was friendly but lacked some tourist assistance that could have been helpful. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially given the location.
